Job Description:
· Customer Support for the spare part business
· Customer communication related to lead times
· Support of price calculations and quotations
· Order processing for spare parts
· Proactive monitoring of spare part orders
· Support in spare part process optimization
· Interface to all departments involved
· Securing promised delivery time
· Responsible for escalations to reach the lead time
· Responsible for internal and external reporting of the spare part business at
one key customer
· Leading the customers consignment stock at the Grenzebach warehouse
Requirements:
· Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field
· Well structured, organized and independent way of working
· Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time
· Very good MS Office skills
· Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
· Analytical thinking skills
· Basic knowledge of business administration
· Technical understanding would be beneficial
