4-10 Hour Shifts Monday – Thursday - 1st Shift Only
Job Description:
· Lay out and fit components per drawings and then weld out components
· Meet deadlines according to welding schedule
· Identify steel by using standard and metric measurements
· Read and interpret blueprints
· You are experienced and familiar with a variety of welding and hand tools
· Maintain a clean work area and ensure safe operation of all equipment
· Ensure the highest quality of work performed
· Perform other duties as assigned
· You can work independently, but also as part of a team
· You are organized, prompt, and efficient
· You can lift 50 pounds due to physical size and weight of company's products
· You are comfortable with lifting, standing, and bending up to eight hours
· You are flexible to work first and second shift and occasionally on Saturdays
if needed
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Welding certification
· 3 years of experience in welding in a manufacturing environment
