Job Description:

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer satisfaction. This role demands a high level of organizational agility, technical understanding, and stakeholder communication.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
  • Lead project execution across engineering, project planning, manufacturing and other business operations
  • Strong connections to sales and accounting
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and expectations
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and status updates are accurate and timely
  • Conduct project reviews and ensure post-project evaluations are completed
  • Apply best practices in project management and continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members
  • Support pre-sales and proposal activities when required

 Requirements:

  • University degree preferred; equivalent experience in project management (5+ years) will be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project tracking tools. Grenzebach uses waySuite by Valantic as our S&OP tool
  • International experience and fluency in German are pluses
  • PMP certification (or actively pursuing) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
